At By Charlotte, we want you to love your fashion pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original condition with tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, intimates and final sale items cannot be returned unless deemed faulty.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Carefully place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and the garment is in its original, unworn state.
Attach Shipping Label
Print your prepaid shipping label generated from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized postal location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
